how can I set up a network in my home with 5 computer?

Some are better than others, you may want to look into what kind of wireless connection types you have on your computers if nothing else be safe with b/g/n type router, any will do.Next you connect your modem (connected to your DSL or cable connection) to the router via a Cat5e cable (looks like a slightly larger phone cable. You will see 1 port on the back of the router will be an input the others (often 4) will be for outputs to computers. Next you need to connect any computers that you will connect through a wired connection with. Again you use a Cat5e cable.
