Lia Argall: When i started i learned how to 180 first. Because i think a 50-50 is harder. and start with smaller rails. Jackelyn Archut: dont go too fast when yu start outmake sure you always stay centered and balancedalways keep your eyes where you want to goand dont be nervous you will do great!just start out small and work your way up (:

Filiberto Amauty: start off with a 50-50. its easier. you dont hav 2 turn just go

Terrell Lawman: Start with the smaller evenly pitc! hed rails and the wider boxes until you get good balance on them and then move up to longer rails that go up/ down and boxes that are narrower Don't get excessive speed or you're not going to be able to control yourself. Try to keep your board centered on the rail and box for the best results. Expect to fall a few times and be ready for some pain if you land on the rail or box because your landing on metal or wood none of which feels good when your body is smacked against it. Also if you don't do so already I strongly suggest you get a helmet because you don't want to hit your head on the metal rail without one on....Show more
